Karen is an OUTSTANDING Artist! I am the proud owner of her Milo portrait. Karen’s attention to detail is phenomenal, she is able to not only sketch a drawing but Karen actually goes into infinitesimal depth of the sketch to actually bring the drawing to life.
Some of Karen’s drawings have brought questions of “is that a photo or actual artwork?” And upon very close inspection, the viewer finds the drawing is art in it’s purist form!
I found this class very enjoyable. I was very happy with my painting. Instructor was knowledgeable and the class has a nice pace.
What a great way to spend a few hours. The class went at a great pace with plenty of individual attention if needed. It was fun to see how each student’s (painting) came out differently even though we were doing the same subject. Karen is a good teacher. It was a good introduction to watercolor for beginners. I look forward to future classes!
